- Tracked deliveryPlain packaging and a tracked courier, usually within 48 hours of approval. Pens travel chilled.
- Needles and sharps binFirst orders of injectable treatment include needles and a sharps bin at no extra cost.
- Maintenance planningNear your goal, your prescriber plans the maintenance phase with you at no added charge.
Price questions
Is there a consultation fee?
No. The health check and prescriber review are free. You pay only if a prescriber approves treatment and you choose to proceed.
Do prices change when my dose goes up?
Yes. Higher doses cost more because the medicine costs more. Your check-in message always confirms the new price before you are charged.
Can I get treatment cheaper on the NHS?
Some people qualify for NHS weight management services, and Mounjaro is being rolled out in NHS primary care for the highest clinical need. Waiting lists are long and criteria are strict. Our service is private and not covered by the NHS.
What if I am declined?
You pay nothing. A declined request carries no fee, and the prescriber explains why.
