Safety and regulation

Online prescribing is safe when the checks are real. Here is every layer of oversight behind your treatment, and how to verify each one yourself.

The pharmacy regulator (GPhC)

Our dispensing partner, Curb Healthcare Ltd, is a registered pharmacy (premises 9012581) regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council. Superintendent Pharmacist Irfan Mahmud (2080386) holds legal responsibility for safe supply. Verify both on the GPhC register, every genuine UK online pharmacy appears there.

The medicines regulator (MHRA)

Every medicine we supply is MHRA licensed for the UK and sourced through the regulated wholesale chain. We never supply compounded, imported or grey-market GLP-1 products, the counterfeit pens that circulate on social media are exactly what registration exists to protect you from.

Prescriber registration

Prescribers hold current GPhC or GMC registration, and the name and registration number on your prescription can be checked on the public registers. We will never ask you to trust a signature you cannot verify.

Distance-selling rules

The GPhC's guidance for online pharmacy services requires extra safeguards for higher-risk medicines, which is why we verify weight independently before a first prescription and review every monthly reorder rather than auto-shipping.

Reporting side effects

If you suspect a side effect, tell us and report it through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme. Patient reports drive medicine safety. In an emergency, always call 999 first.
