Delivery and packaging
Medicine needs a cold chain and your privacy needs a plain box. Both are standard on every order, at no extra cost.
The timeline
- Approval, prescriber approves, you confirm and pay.
- Dispensing, the pharmacy dispenses the same or next working day.
- Dispatch, tracked courier, usually at your door within 48 hours of approval.
- Arrival, pens go straight into your fridge. Tablets store at room temperature.
The packaging
Injectable medicines travel in insulated packaging with gel packs that hold safe temperature well beyond the delivery window. The outer box is completely plain, no branding, no contents list. Your address label is the only text.
Receiving your order
- No signature required. Safe-place instructions are supported.
- If a delivery sits in a warm place for a few hours, the insulation is designed for it, refrigerate on collection and message us if the gel packs were fully warm and liquid.
- Missed deliveries are re-attempted or sent to a collection point per the courier's normal process.
What your first injectable order includes
- Your pen, with four weekly doses.
- Needles for the month and a sharps bin.
- A printed start guide covering injection, storage and warning signs.
If something goes wrong
Damaged, warm-to-the-touch (beyond the insulation's design), or incorrect orders are replaced, photograph the parcel and message the clinical team the same day. Do not use medicine you suspect has been frozen or overheated. We will replace it first and investigate after.
